SGLF Launches Five-Figure Ad Campaign In Florida To Raise Awareness For Right To Farm Legislation

“Protecting Our Farmers Protects Our Food Supply”

The State Government Leadership Foundation (SGLF) today announced a five-figure education ad campaign on the benefits of Right to Farm legislation. The ads will begin running on digital platforms in Florida this week and the campaign will last through April.

“The importance of legal liability protections for businesses may have increased during recent months, but frivolous lawsuits have been a serious problem for farmers across the country long before COVID-19 hit our shores,” said SGLF Deputy Executive Director Casey Dietrich. “In the face of bankruptcies and skyrocketing food prices, it is critical our nation’s farmers get the protection they need so that they can continue feeding the American people. Through the SGLF’s awareness campaign, we hope to educate people on importance Right to Farm legislation and how it will protect our food supply.”

One of the first ads of the campaign is a 15-second spot that emphasizes the importance of protecting farmers as they navigate an environment of spiking food prices and bankruptcies
