WHAT WE BELIEVE

The judicial branch is a powerful arm at both the national and state levels of government, balancing out the executive and legislative branches to ensure no one body is abusing its power. In a nation founded on freedom and the rule of law, we must champion a judicial system that prioritizes individual liberty and Constitutional rights.

• We support combating lawsuit abuse through tort reform measures to protect the American consumer, American business, and the overall lawsuit climate across the states.

• We must restore balance to the civil justice system. In the states, that means protecting the integrity of the litigation process, attending to over-regulation and enforcement, confronting excessive award practices, and improving product liability law.
